Stalled out.... again

My SIJ's have been feeling worse then ever. My right SIJ, which I never have pain from is starting to burn alittle bit. It seems the more I limit myself in my efforts to get better may actually be making my situation worse. I guess all my core exercises can't help me very much in my sedentary lifestyle. Since I'm not working and havn't been getting out of the house very much lately (off work for about 4 months), it seems I'm losing my strength. I have to find a way to maintain a more active lifestyle by keeping my strength up but limiting stain on my joints.

  1. Hey, I am pretty sure I have the same thing. I have had it for years and I have not stopped training. I do a lot of core work, squats, deadlifts etc. Sometimes it aggravates my hip but I would rather keep training than become a couch potato. If it gets really bad I will get my joint pinned. People seem to be happy enough with the results after the operation.
